Spicy Biscuits
These spicy biscuits belong to one of our favourite biscuits in the family. They are quickly made and taste very nice with wholemeal Kamut or spelt flour. A vegan alternative with oil and bananas can be found here as well.
Method:
- Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the soft butter or the oil, the eggs or bananas and stir it all together with a wooden spoon.
- Form hazelnut- or walnutsized doughballs.
- Place them on a greased baking tin.
- Bake at 180°C in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Let them cool down and fill them in biscuit tins.
