Bananabread
This nutty banana bread is light and fluffy and tastes incredibly delicious with its chocolate pieces and chocolate icing with gingerbread spice. Banana bread caused a furore in Germany, especially since the 1980s. It is ideal for making profitable use of overripe bananas.
Method:
- Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- Add the sugar, the oil, the eggs, the walnuts, the chocolate and the bananas and stir it all together with a wooden spoon.
- Just stir as long until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Fill the dough in two baking tins and bake in the preheated oven by 180 °C for 55 minutes.
- Let the cake cool down and take it out of the tin.
- Pour some melted chocolate mixed with some ginger spices over the cake.
